"GHAJINI"

 

 

       Last wednesday, we had our film showing from our subject CMSC Elective 4 and needed to make a reaction paper. The tittle of the movie that we've watched was"Ghajini", and its about the love story.

        This story was very sad because the actress or the character of the lady in this story died. The actor Sanjay Singhania and the actress Kalpana became lovers, but before that Sanjay Singhania was the chairman and the owner of the AIRVOICE company, and Kalpana was a commercial model and a simple person also. Sanjay Singhania had a (Anterograde Amnesia) where his memory got lost for every fifteen minutes. In all things he needed or wanted to do, he took pictures, took records, so that he would not forget it if the time will come that he would lost his memory or let's say that it could help him to remember those things if he will lost his memory. In every fifteen minutes, he was losing his memory because of his amnesia. Sanjay got his amnesia because of Ghajini had done to him.

         Kalpana was a simple, kind, beautiful and down to earth woman, that's why Sanjay got attracted to her and fall inlove with her at the first sight. Accidentally Kalpana became the girlfriend of Sanjay Singhania because of his men or workers who arrived at the work place of Kalpana. In that accident, the director of Kalpana's commercial or advertisement, thought that she was the girlfriend of the Airvioce chairman. She tried to explain her side, but the director did not gave her the change to explain her side, and then it happened that she took that opportunity and pretended as the girlfriend of the Airvioce chairman, known as Sanjay Singhania. And because of that happenings, she had a lot of offers to have commercial on television. When she was known as the girlfriend of Sanjay Singhania, right away in the morning, it became the big issue or news. Mayapuri was the first news network or news company who delivered the report ot gave the news in television.

          Ghajini killed Kalpana because she had an idea about the illegal transaction of Ghajini. Where he collected or kidnapped those young kids to sell their kidneys. When Kalpana arrived going Goa for her commercial she suddenly heard and saw a kid under the chair of train cried, she asked why?

Kids tells about what goons did to her that is why Kalpana helped her. And Kalpana asked the help from militar and they arrested those goons. And another twenty five kids saved from those goons but, sad to say they already sold thier kidneys. After Ghajini knows about this, he and his men went to Kalpana's house and waited for to arrived. When Kalpana knew that their are people inside her house she gor scared but its too late to run away or go outside. When Kalpana was in that situation, Sanjay arrived from his business trip from abroad he visited Kalpana. When he was already there, he door belled and even knocked the door but no one answered.

          But inside the house Kalpana heard Sanjay but she cannot speak even a single word because of those goons was inside, she tried to call Sanjay, but he forgot his cellphone in his car. When Sanjay was already insidehis car he noticed that he got two missed calls from Kalpana.

          Immediately he got back but, Kalpana got stabbed already. When they saw each other they huged and Kalpana said Ghajini to Sanjay. Inside the house Ghajini and his men was still there and they hit Sanjay's head. Ghajini killed Kalpana in front of Sanjay using the rod metal. After what happened, Sanjay decided to take revenge Ghajini. When he had the chance, he took the opportunity to do his long time plan to kill Ghajini by doing the same thing how Kalpana gpt died.

            My reaction about this story is i'm so sad and not sutisfied, becuase for  the those happenings to the love story of Sanjay and Kalpana. Being a kind and helpful sometimes can lead us to danger and sometimes losses our own life, like what happened to Kalpana. Because of being heplful she died. That is because of cruel people even the innocent children where being used as instrumentand to spend their illegal transaction.

             If there happenings that we did not tell us to our family other to our special someone, its better to share it immediately before use couldn't the chance to tell thenm about us. Like what happened to the role of Sanjay and Kalpana. Where Sanjay did not tell his real personality or identity to kalpana. That is why,everythings about our lifek, we have to let our familites or someone special knows about it, either good or bad. And it can be done through good communication with each other with an open heart and mind.
